At Rehnuma Fashion, we want you to adore all purchases. In the event that due to any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we provide returns and refunds as per the policy below.


1. Return Window

You can send in eligible items within a period of 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The 7-day period includes the delivery day.
  • After 7 days, returns will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Original tags and labels attached.
  • Returned in original packaging with all accessories.
  • No damage, alteration, or signs of use.
  • Returned in the same condition as received.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or discounted products (except defective or incorrect items).
  • Innerwear, lingerie, bodysuits, and nightwear (for hygiene reasons).
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Beachwear and swimwear.
  • Products without original tags or damaged by the customer.
  • Returns requested after 7 days.

4. Accepted Return Reasons

  • Wrong item delivered.
  • Size or color not as expected.
  • Defective or faulty product (manufacturing defect).
  • Change of mind (under eligible conditions).

5. How to Make a Return

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days after delivery.
  2. Provide your Order ID, product photos (including tags and packaging), and the reason for return.
  3. After approval, securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  4. Send the product to our return address.

6. Return Shipping Cost

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Our Responsibility: We will cover return shipping costs only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed according to the table below:

8. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.

9. Important Notes

  • All returned products undergo quality inspection.
  • Returns may be rejected if they do not meet our return conditions.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of policy misuse.
  • During festive seasons, refund processing times may be slightly delayed.
