In Rehnuma Fashion, we work hard to ensure your orders are delivered in a quick, safe and reliable manner in Bangladesh. Our shipping process, schedules, and fees, as well as other terms and conditions, are described in this Delivery Policy.
1. Shipping Areas
We now deliver to the addresses in Bangladesh, including:
- Dhaka City & Metro Areas
- All District Towns
- Upazilas and Rural Areas
Note: We are not currently shipping internationally.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are computed based on the day your order is processed and delivered to our courier partner:

- Business days = Saturday to Thursday (Friday being our weekly holiday).
- Before 2:00 PM, the orders are normally processed on the same day.
- The delivery time might be more than normal during the peak periods (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, etc.).
3. Shipping Charges

- Precise shipping rate is displayed at the checkout prior to payment.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered in Bangladesh.
4. Order Processing
- Orders will be shipped out within the range of 1-2 business days of successful payment confirmation.
- In the case of Cash on Delivery orders, processing begins upon verification of order.
- In case one of the products in your order is out of stock, we will inform you right away.
5. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will be notified of a tracking number by SMS and/or email.
Check the status of your order by:
- Your account on our website
- The connection that is transmitted in the dispatch SMS/email.
6. Attempts of Delivery Failures, and Unsuccessful Deliveries
- Our courier service partner will make up to 3 attempts to deliver.
- In case no one is on hand to take up the order a notice of missed delivery will be left.
- You shall receive the parcel at the nearest hub of the stipulated time or it may be sent back to us.
- Extra redelivery fees could be charged in the event of a recurred failed attempt as a result of unavailability of the customer.
7. Important Notes
- Delivery times are not guaranteed but estimated. We are powerless over delays caused by natural disasters, political unrest or courier problems.
- Please give a full and precise address with the right phone number. Incomplete or wrong addresses can lead to delays or cancellation.
- There has to be somebody at the address to deliver the parcel.
- Products which have been delivered should be inspected in front of the delivery man. Damage or wrong items which are visible should be reported immediately.
8. Refunds and Returns in Regards to Delivery
In case you want to refund or replace the item because it was damaged during shipping, incorrect item, or size, please visit our Return and Refund Policy.
